Horrible flavor - the worst thing I’ve ingested in a while. Can’t speak to the effectiveness considering I chose to toss the product instead of suffering through it. Couldn’t even get my human garbage disposal of a husband to finish them.

I love using this product. It has the taste of honey to me, and it’s the easiest way for me to take creatine. I take it immediately after a work out and on non workout days, I take it with my breakfast. Speaking g for myself and my son who takes it with me, we see more muscle development, definition and lasting pumps. You can feel the effects, probably because it’s liposomal. The individual packets are great. Texture is a little weird to shoot into your mouth, but the flavor isn’t bad.
