I'm furious as I ordered 2 boxes of these truffles as per description, and there was only one box in the package. The second box was to be a present for my mum. The delivery was quick, packaging good but to pay £8.50 with only one small box in the package when it clearly states there are 2 gift boxes is really annoying. When I opened the package all the chocolate had fused together in one large melted lump, it was sent overnight and I opened the order as soon as it was delivered in the early morning so it was not left in a warm area I've had these before and really liked them so thought i'd order again but furious as it's caused a lot of hassle and stress and waste of money.

This is absolutely disgusting.I bought the chocolates as a gift because my husband tried them from Waitrose and they were absolutely delicious.We received the pack a few days back but didn't opened it until he finished the previous box.This is what we discovered inside the bag.The box was kept out of sunlight, in the food cupboard.This is absolutely revolting. We don't have an option to get a refund because the product is apparently non-refundable but surely this isn't something that we will ever buy again.Such a shame. I just wasted £10 for nothing. This is non edible!!

Wow , these chocolates are absolutely divine!Firstly I really like the outer packaging , it's quirky and interesting and different to other packaging on the market . It really stands out . Inside is a foil bag with the truffles inside . The truffles aren't individually packaged but I don't think they need to be and it cuts down on plastic which is good .There are plenty of truffles contained inside the bag . They have a Slightly dusted outer , they are also the perfect size for a treat .The chocolates simply melt in your mouth and are full of finely chopped hazelnut pieces . This creates a smooth creamy texture combined with crunchy texture of the nuts. The chocolate is really rich but without being strong tasting or bitter .These truffles are ready delicious and comparable to expensive brands !

I tried the Choccy Scoffy truffles and they were sooooo delicious, they melted in the mouth and all over my fingers! So don't hold them, just eat them. Gorgeous flavour, I'm now going to try the others. Initially, I thought the price was a little steep, but having tried them I now think they are worth every penny! My new favourites. Go on, treat yourself, you deserve it...........

This is the third box of completely melted and deformed Monto Bojangles truffles I’ve bought in the last couple of months. As the package hides the product you can’t see to check.One was bought from a local garden centre, one from Ocado and this one from Amazon. I feel it’s now obvious that it’s NOT the shop’s fault, but a quality control issue at the producers.When I contacted them, they suggested my lump would be really tasty if I melted it in a saucepan. Fine, but I bought truffles - not a DIY hot chocolate set. If I had given these as a gift, I would have been mortified.

I bought this in a shop at Christmas and the truffles, which came individually wrapped, were delicious. I therefore ordered this as a replacement and the picture on the package, as indeed on the Amazon website, showed individual truffles. This disgusting mess is what I received. The item is neither refundable, being a food item, and seemingly not replaceable either so I have lost the money. I have written separately to Monty Bojanbles, who was the supplier for Amazon, a week ago and they have not responded.Appalling quality control, bad customer service. Shall boycott their choolates in future as they do should not be in business.

First off they look like something your constipated dog would produce. Is it so hard to make them round instead of uneven plops?Secondly the texture is very unappetising. They are hard to the point that I assumed they had frozen during transit. Few hours later in a warm house and I tried them again, still like rocks. Perhaps a reformulation by the manufacturer to avoid the melting in transit issue people are reporting here? (Monty, if you're reading this you over did it.)Lastly and I could forgive everything else if this was good, the flavour... I would compare to eating a spoonful of plain coco powder, bitter and bland.Disappointing all around and a high price to pay for the two chocolates I could stomach.

These truffles are soooo moreish. The chocolate is extremely rich and has a lovely texture in the mouth, and the orange flavour really comes through. I love orange chocolate but sometimes it can taste a little bit synthetic - these truffles are totally delicious and if you haven't tried them yet I'd definitely recommend you to give them a go !We did have a little issue in that Amazon delivered one of the other flavours - but when I raised it the seller very quickly contacted me to resolve the situation and sent out the correct chocolates. So I didn't have very long to wait for my truffle fix.
