I was having a problem with swollen ankles so decided to get some flight socks for when we went on holiday. It was only a short 2.5hr flight but I felt I would benefit from wearing them anyway.Anyway, despite some of the comments here about the size, I purchased these and was very pleasantly surprised. I have very wide feet and at that time, quite puffy ankles (paints a lovely picture, doesn't it?), but I had no problem at all with them once I'd got them on. I have a bad back and can't bend very well so my husband had to help me get them on. After we'd both regained our composure and stopped laughing, I found them to be very comfy.I would recommend these 100%.

These wear great I wore them for a recent long haul flight. This is a two pair pack so you don't need more for one trip which is good. I don't think these wash very well (which is why I dropped them a star) but if you just want to use them for a flight and throw them away afterwards then that isn't a problem. They fit well, are comfortable and do the job. I bought another brand too and wore them for my return flight and whilst these were great I found the others better.

This is the first time I've used travel socks & was a bit sceptical. After looking through various reviews on different options I settled on these. On opening I did wonder, as they're very lightweight. Putting on i quickly realised how tight & snug the fit was. They did feel a bit too tight around under my knees. So i possibly could do with the next size up.Regardless my ankles & lower leg did not swell up at all!! I used them when walking around all day & again my legs did not swell. Only issue was having to pull them up occasionally.Would definitely recommend. A must in my travel kit from now on.

These socks were despatched on the day they were ordered. I use these socks for all occasions when I wear trousers. They are sheer but very strong and warm. Like all hosiery of this type it takes time at first putting them on but it doesn't take long to get used to them. If you have a job which involves a lot of standing, or you sit at a computer for long periods, like me, then you will find these socks very comfortable to wear. I also wear this type of hosiery for long journeys and flights. I recommend this product and I will be ordering these socks again for myself.

The elastic band is very tight. If you have tendency to have swollen legs these are not for you. My legs swell really badly wearing these. The swelling does not happen with scholes socks for swollen legs. In view of the fact that they are not returnable not a good buy
