Shipwright 2012: The International Annual of Maritime History & Ship Modelmaking

The book is excellent. I only became aware of its existence a short time ago and did not realise that there have been a number of earlier editions. The book is beautifully presented and the articles are broad enough to appeal to a variety of model makers of ships. My interest is old steamers, but I have thoroughly enjoyed all the articles. I have just ordered the earlier editions! I love this series of books. There's something interesting in nearly every article. About the only fault I can think of is that some drawings span two pages, so the gutter makes them difficult to use for taking measurements. The book says the drawings are available on the website, but I've been unable to find them. But this s a minor quibble & shouldn't stop anyone interested in model ships from getting these books. I wish there were more!

This annual publication, first issued 2010, is the premier book for those building model ships, and for those aspiring to build their first model ship. Top notch and first rate throughout.

This is an excellent book. It's the third one of the series that I've purchased and they're all great. The illustrations and artwork are very well done. For modelers these are essential references.

The best annual out there for ship modeling. Multiple subjects in each issue. recommended for the serious modeler of all kinds of ship modeling.

The year in kit form, just plane Outstanding. a must have reference book for the modeler and any one who is interested in modeling. Grate pictures
