Mangrove Jack 3X ’s Craft Series Mead Yeast M05 (10g)

I like this yeast for melomels as I feel it preserves a bit more of the fruity flavour and gives quite a strong fermentation

Works absolutely fine in majority of temperatures, ferments niceley cant wait to taste

If you are making mead or high volume wine this is the yeast for you. It never fails & it keeps dormant for months in the fridge once opened, losing none of it's strength. Highly recommended.

Made elderberry mead works well

This was the first yeast I used for mead and I haven't needed anyother. Easy too use and makes great strength and tasing mead.
