Item not working when it arrived. I was charged a $107 restocking fee for a dead product
The machine turned on but would not do anything. Lights on, no action of coffee brewing. I started the refund process the very next day and returned within 30 days only to get the SHOCK of a $107 restocking fee for an item that does not work. I didn't return it on a whim just because, I returned it because it was faulty. Make it make sense. I have contacted the seller. I will update my review once I hear from them. Until then, 1 star!

Doesnt work
Right out of the box it doesn't work. Lights up but won't brew. It was a gift and I can't return it so in the trash.
