I wouldn't recommend this product, very soft metal screws which round easy and raw plugs poor quality.

this is more than ok for puting up shelves and photo frames.

Q: Are these okay to hold a 5kg photo frame on a gyprock wall?

You may be able to use one of the plugs for that purpose , but as you are using quite a weight I would take care . If you are using a couple of fixing points you should be ok for the weight . If the Gyprock is fitted to a stud partition that has hollow areas behind . Then you may want to consider purchasing wall plugs specific for the purpose . Last thing you want is for the frame start to pull away the fixing over time .
