I have a lower back and nerve injury. I got pregnant and had to go off all medications. Tried every cream and spray I could but nothing help.So I took the chance and ordered these and been using them since my 3th month. Now 7 months and with even more strain on my back, I don't know what I'd do without these other than being bed ridden screaming in pain. They don't take away all of my pain,but they've helped me to get some sleep and function in conjunction with my showers. They last all night which is great!! I really noticed the difference when I didn't have one on compared with doing so. You can't put these on your tummy but safe to do so on your back. I'd recommend any pregnant woman to use these even without an injury.
