Good mat
It's a mat, goes on the floor, uh feels better than wood y'know. It's soft, and great for putting weights on it. Worth the purchase, and quite comfortable, but sticks to your back if you're laying on it with a sweaty back, so wear a shirt while doing situps on it 😂

Comfy, perfect size and nice grip.
Perfect - nice thickness for hard floors and the textured surface is perfect for grip. The carry strap makes storing it / carrying it whilst rolled up nice and easy. A damp cloth is enough to wipe it down with after use if needed.

Thick and comfortable
Comfortable to use because of the extra thickness. The black colour is practical. Highly recommended.

Good thick mat, but way too slippery when sweaty
The mat itself is nice and thick, has a nice dark colour with nice ridges, and definitely offers good cushioning for things like stretching, yoga, or bodyweight exercises. The size is great and it feels comfortable to kneel or lay on. The problem I found is that once you start sweating even a little bit, it gets really slippery — to the point where I was sliding during planks and push-ups. It’s fine for light workouts or stretching (or if you don't get that sweaty during workouts), but not great if you’re doing anything sweaty like HIIT. Overall, it’s decent for the price but just be aware it’s not very grippy when wet.
