Excellent product, organic handy kitchen recipe ingredient. I sprinkle a little mixed with chip seeds onto food, or add to recipes. Use hot or cold. I even take a tiny tub out with this n chia seed mix, when eating out, n sprinkle on meals. It helps with blood sugars, re carb absorption.

An excellent additive to cereal, porridge, soups and many other foods, in addition to flaxseed oil (the latter which King Charles takes daily).

Very pleased with this milled flax seed. It is finely ground so really easy to add to cereals, porridge but also savoury dishes eg casserole or bolognaise. Good size pack.

Love this product, nice big bag, well ground and excellent value. I use this everyday in my over night oats and would highly recommend it.

Smells great, easy and great use for good health, dont notice texture when put into drink or foods. Highly reccomend and great shelf life.

Très bonnes et vraiment pratique le sachet pour s'en servir tous les jours. Par contre je pensais que les graines seraient plus moules que ça. Là on dirait juste qu'elles ont été aplaties.
