Needed a new microwave after our old turntable one started having pools of water at the bottom.We decided on a flatbed one for a change as it would make life alot easier with bigger plates/containers. Had a look at a few and saw this one, looks very nice and 800w.Pros:-*Arrived the next day (amazon prime)*Nicely packaged*Easy to setup including changing the clock time*Looks very nice*Easy enough to use (i only really use standard and defrost)*Nice and large interior for larger/square plates*Easy to clean, a cloth will do the trick*Display is easy to understand*Wire is long enough to have a choice on where you want it but not too long it gets in the wayCons:-*Honestly i haven't found any yetI would recommended this for anyone needing a new microwave, first flat bed microwave i have bought and i am glad i did.

Looks very nice with it's mirrored door. First time Flatbed not going back to a turntable. Able to get decent size dishes in.

Looks quite striking in the kitchen, ultra modern and the flatbed is so much easier and cleaner to use.I do think perhaps this microwave does work slightly slower than my old 800w one but I'm not sure if that might be because I always use a microwave plate cover over everything I cook now which I didn't do with the old 800w micro. I WILL UPDATE ON THIS AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE USED IT MOREYou cannot see through the door at all so you have to open the door to check say if doing a milk drink or sauces so it doesn't boil over. The light is also not very bright especially for the dark interior, so really I think they have put looks above practicality in some areas of this design. However there are not many flatbeds on the market at the moment and for me it is worth the sacrifice of these things and hopefully they will improve on the next flatbed modelWill update after more useageI will update on

I love the flatbed. Works well and so easy to clean.

It’s been two years and it works fine only thing I’ve noticed is when it’s on for over a min is makes a buzzing sound but that doesn’t effect the strength or power. Very easy to use.

Works extremely well as long as your really experienced with microwaves. Replaced Russell and Hobbs with rotation glass plate version as hated cleaning it(the rotation plate). Also quite an inconvenience.This microwaves works extremely well heating food properly. Always when reheating food I tend to use setting 50 for 2-3 mins then 100 for 2 mins so it gently works to heat food from the inside out. If as always heating at just high 100 will have food hot but cold elsewhere because it's rushed. Really depends what your heating but I've found a technique which works everytime. This is convenient as there's no extras involved,...ie... Rotation glass plate.After nearly 2 weeks I haven't needed to clean inside as much but the outside mirror door does get messy with finger prints on it so do wipe that down now oftenBesides that the functions of pre cook settings are the same as my previous so easy to use.Also this is a little smaller than my old one so extra space is a plus.Would highly recommend it for its modern, stylish and functions well.
