i only take 1 gummy (the serving size is 2) because the less MG of melatonin, the better (scientifically). 1 gummy is 2.5mg of melatonin and that works perfectly for me. i start feeling sleepy around 30 minutes of taking it and i remain asleep throughout the entire night. i don't feel groggy or disoriented when waking up. i don't take them every day, but when i do take one occasionally, they always work great. plus, they're super tasty!

The Lemme Sleep Gummies are actually really nice! The berry flavor is great, and I love that they’re drug-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO. They definitely help me fall asleep faster, which has been a big plus. However, I’ve noticed that I only stay asleep for a few hours before waking up again and sometimes have to take more. To be fair, I do have pretty bad insomnia, so that might just mean I need a stronger sleep aid. For anyone with mild trouble sleeping, though, these would probably work perfectly!

Melatonin NEVER worked.. These have been a game changer! Can’t sleep without Very strong! Great taste No weird texture No groggy mornings

These taste awesome! I have not noticed any stomach discomfort. I do believe they help me to fall asleep, especially when I take with the Lemme Chill gummies

These melatonin gummies are great when they actually work. They taste good and when they work they help me fall asleep within 20-30 minutes with no issues in the morning . I’ve gone through 4 orders of this , the first bottle of it was great and helped me sleep great , the second bottle of it NEVER worked anytime I would take them, at won’t point I too 4 gummies and didn’t feel a thing. My husband takes them occasionally as well and said the same thing. I assumed maybe it was bad batch and ordered again and those worked great again now here we are with my 4th order and again does not work at all. For $30 a bottle I’m very annoyed and will try and get a refund.
