Q: Is this waterproof? I have watery eyes

It isn't advertised as waterproof, so the answer must be No. However, I too have watery eyes and I find this mascara to be excellent, doesn't bother my eyes, doesn't cause them to water, and doesn't smudge. Ever since I discovered it I haven't bought any other mascara. Have to let you make your own decision!

Q: Is it supposed to come security sealed? Mine came without any wrapping round the product and it seems like it could’ve been opened

I cant really remember but I dont think it was sealed but came in a blue package. As boxed

I am not sure but I do feel it as oil free.... the last one I ordered on Amazon was slightly dry, more than in the shops so that was not great!
