With plenty of information which is all presented to you in an easy-to-digest format, this book is so useful, giving you insight into what I can only assume is every type of question which you could possibly need the answer to. If you’re struggling at all with retaining this information from any other source, I highly-recommend this book as it’ll do wonders for you, offering mind maps, and online access to mock video interviews! Don’t let the name fool you, though, as this book isn’t just questions and answers, but it also helps to teach the information to you as you go, with plenty of insight to help you to understand and learn, making it the perfect book for anyone in the field, whether as a way to polish your knowledge, or to build the foundation of it, in an easy, engaging way. 5/5!

Great book to help with learning key topics. Useful for practicing Q+As with others, highly recommend especially worth getting early in the APC journey.

I found it very informative, with the layout of questions giving multiple answers in a bullet-point format.On amazon, there is a sample of seven pages, but that does not do the book the justice as it is full of more information than one person can see from an image online; so overall this is a book that you need to read as it will almost answer any question you may have if it does not, you can always ask the question on the relevant video and someone will respond they aim within forty-eight hours. For the price you pay for the book there is so much more than the author dose to help you out, they go above and beyond to offer you the reader the support that you need.

Extremely helpful. Covers a wide range of topics, access to mock video interviews, final assessment interview techniques APC Diary template and Competency tracker. The Q&A format makes it effective to find information quickly in addition to engaging. I would definitely consider purchasing more from this author. The author's expertise, combined with the easy-to-navigate format, makes it an essential addition to anybody’s library in Building Surveying.

The media could not be loaded. A great study guide but I would recommend expanding to other books as well.Slightly disappointed the videos portion takes you to YouTube where you can watch for free. The store page makes it look like you get exclusive videos as part of the price.Great for filling out your case study, summary of experience etc.I have my covered in sticky notes.Quite targeted to England's handbook.

After failing 2 interviews already, I was beginning to think there was something wrong with me or that my abilities weren't being recognised.I seeked out help and found this absolute gold mine of information in this book. its got everything I need to get my ideal job in building surveying.This is a must have resource for any APC candidate!it has over 1000 final assessment interview questions AND ANSWERS following documented submissions from successful candidates.it's even broken down into manageable activities, case studies and preparation.honestly, if you go to your interview without reading this first, you're instantly at a huge disadvantage to anyone that has... and it's probably why I didn't get the last two jobs... so relieved I have it this time round! highly recommend.

I purchased this book for a friend who was stressed about their upcoming final assessment interview, they kept mentioning how they felt unprepared and how they wanted more question examples. I did a quick Google search and found this book which seemed perfect for them, it includes 1,000 final assessment interview questions and answers! So I popped over, gifted them the book, and recently found out that they passed with flying colours! If you are an APC candidate or you know anyone who is feeling uneasy about their final assessment this is an excellent resource for them. Highly recommend.

I am on the Residential pathway but this book has so many useful questions and answers relative to my competencies. It’s such a brilliant book and I don’t know of any that offer anything similar. It’s really useful to know what sort of questions might be asked on the day aswell.
