The Thousand Lights Hotel: Escape to Italy in this gorgeous read

A lovely, romantic story. Beautifully written, a would be a perfect holiday read, I would think. I enjoyed it very much and it made me want to visit, if there was such a place on Elba.

A good Story and I have to say not my usual type of read . But the story was well told and the Descriptions of the places were very good .it's always good to read something different

Loved it. Interesting characters with colour, a romantic setting, intriguing plot. I was invested from the beginning and it didn't disappoint.

I've really the Shell House detective books by this author so thought I'd really enjoy this book. Unfortunately I found it a bit boring so couldn't finish it which was disappointing.

A nice story well written

Not my usual style of book to read but a surprising and welcome relief, so enjoyable to read a story set in a beautiful country, I devoured the details of the country, the landscape, scenery, the hotel, the foods, reading this book made me feel warm and my imagination so easily pictured the characters and the setting, it was an enjoyable escape, written perfectly and I so want to visit this country now more than ever. I fully recommend reading this book, let your eyes read the words and see how your imagination and heart opens wide

Best read in a long time going to check out author for more ,love the twists she has in this book

Spellbinding story with lovely characters and warm summer days set in Elba. Tragedy and love juxtaposed with grief and shame run through this very believable story. The lingering questions and puzzles at the end seemed to leave a bit too much unsure,but all in all a most interesting and enjoyable book.

I was quite sad and disappointed when I finished the Shell House series and moved on to other books by this author. What a delight it is; grief, joy, twists and turns. How I’d love a sequel please. 🙏
