Q: How much does this weigh fully loaded with 500 or so singles? And are the handles built in well enough to the box for the weight when carrying it?

I have filled my case but did not get 500 records in.about 430 ,and it is very heavy when full probably 50kg but handles on either side are strong and well made

Q: Are the inside separators movable to accommodate both 7” and 12”?

Only suitable for 7 inch not enough height for 12 inch

Q: What's the width of each inside compartment? my 7" are in individual pvc outer sleeves and i'm wondering if that fits.

width is 73/4inches will take records in cardboard or plastic sleeves case is good quality I have 4 because it holds 400 plus in cardboard covers it does make them a bit heavy but solves my storage problems
