Fresh and crunchy. Ingredients seem to be a pictured and tastes good. Was a funny gift that turned into a real joy to eat.

Taste, the Honey Graham flavor is quite good I am on a GLP1 medication, one of the side effects is the inability to be regular. Metamucil is really hard to drink as it's all gloopy. So I tried this, use about 1/2-2/3rds a cup in a small bowl with milk every other day. It works quite well. Suggestion to not have more than 2 servings, as it just leads to upset stomach and horrendous gas. If used 1-2 servings max every other day, you will remain regular all week long.

It tastes great! It’s a little small for the price but I like the flavor. It would make a funny gag gift! I like that the fiber is something other than wheat bran. I read: 100% wheat bran is the only food that appears to reduce the absorption of calcium in other foods eaten at the same time. For example, when you have milk and 100% wheat bran cereal together, your body can absorb some, but not all, of the calcium from the milk. That matters for me since I have to watch my calcium for osteoporosis .

This crunchy cereal to which one only has to consume 1/2 of a cup to receive 23 grams of fiber and only 95 calories is a great find. I purchased this for my mom and now I have added it to my breakfast regime. Works just as described. The added advantage is some weight loss too! They arrive safely packaged, fast and best price from Amazon Prime.

I regret giving this company my business. Only purchase though Amazon since if you buy direct you will never receive your order. The taste is pretty rough. I tried all flavors and they are equally gross. The box is very small and the price is high for what you get.

It’s high fiber however why the added sugar and such high carbs for such a little amount. But despite the health benefits my biggest issue with this is the egregious price for what you get and if you eat it by the recommended servings size this just isn’t worth it to me honestly I will not buy again mainly for the price and amount you get. It also just tastes okay but I didn’t expect the taste to blow me away knowing it was supposed to be semi healthy.

I do not normally write in depth reviews but I feel this product deserves it. I read all the reviews before purchasing this product and was hesitant to make the purchase. The cost seemed extremely high at the time, but the relief I have gotten from this product is worth every penny. I do not know how long I can afford it, but will continue to buy as long as I can fit it into my budget. I do a fourth of a bowl in the evening because this is the time of day when my system is most active. I have been doing this every night for the last 4 nights and I have been regular the last two days. As far as flavor goes, I got the honey one and the flavor is delicious. Way better than what I expected of a cereal this high in fiber. Now about the comments on the name, my personal opinion is: great job. I do not know if I would have even looked at this cereal if the name hadn't caught my attention. For anyone who hasn't experienced the pain and stress that low fiber causes, consider yourself blessed. As for me this cereal is a God send. When I bought this cereal, I'm not proud to say that I didn't really care if it worked. It just kind of made me laugh, and I thought it would be funny to have on hand. HOWEVER. One day, one of my neighbors came over and was complaining about some constipation. I handed her the box, and a couple hours later, I got a text that read "mischief managed!" I just love it when stuff works - as advertised.
