Sterling TML125N 63mm Nickel Tubular Mortice Latch, (2.5")

These are a quick and easy replacement for similar, worn-out latches. They matched the “setback” and plate sizes exactly and only took a few minutes to fit. However, it took a lot longer to trawl through all the different latches on offer from Amazon to find these exact replacements.

Needed a replacement latch for a sticking door and this works perfectly. Not sure about the long lasting quality as its a bit rough and ready and has a plastic inner spacer which could wear / break with excessive use (this is for an under stair cupboard so should be ok). Overall though for such a cheap price you cant complain and it is fine and easy to fit.

Very easy to install as a direct replacement. It took me longer to get the tools from the garage than to do the swap. Works perfectly so far. The screws could do with being a little longer as they are on the short side.

c'est de la foutaise... Au bout de 2 jours, il s'est cassé. Le loquet intérieur est en plastique...
