I really enjoy having this tool for cutting metal sheets. It really helps with my different projects and this really makes the project so much faster. The first thing I will say is that this is just the tool and does not come with the actual drill. Regardless, this seems to work with any kind of drill that I have on me which is great. The carrying case is nice to put the tool piece inside. The case is pretty sturdy and holds the device pretty well. I do not have to worry about it falling out or anything. I would not overfill this case with other things because it is not meant to carry heavy things but this makes for easy storage and I do not have to worry about losing any pieces. You can install the device onto the drill and it took a bit of learning and following instructions the first time but I was able to do it. It can cut metal very quickly and in one shot without leaving any kind of ripple mark which is great. Obviously do not use extremely thick metal. I would say be patient on the first cut just to see how much this device can handle (every material is different). The tool is made of strong material so I do not have to worry about it breaking. The tool piece is sturdy and cut through almost all metal sheets I have tried with ease. As with any tool, please be careful when handling this. There is no real automatic off switch to this if you happen to get something caught. Overall if you have a lot of metal cutting projects. It makes quick work and it is durable. I did not see much need to maintenance. It is easy to operate but I have to worry about installing it. The case is a really nice touch to keep things organized.

What a piece of junk. First, picture of support rod, and instructions is on the left side of the drill. Mounts on the right side. Instructions say not to use on curved or corrugated metal, yet ad picture shows corrugated metal. Then the use: I purchased to cut painted metal sheeting for a carport. Very hard to start the cut and then takes off anything but straight. Mostly wants to curve to the right. And the right side of the metal it basically grinds up the paint surface so hope 1 side is trash. Mine would not be on all cuts. Thankfully I practiced on scrap. Cut about 3 feet and the inner gear stripped and no longer works after 5 minutes. Piece of junk cost $5/min. word to those reading this and other reviews, it is NOT worth any money and don't waste yours. Back to tin snips I have had for decades that still work just fine

This thing is a piece of junk! So glad I tried to do some practice cuts on scrap. Nearly impossible to cut a straight line, even on flat, thin sheeting. I really needed it to finish a roofing project. This cutter is absolutely horrible on trying to cut Corrugated roofing. Try a couple of practice cuts to see if trying different angles or up and down motion or something would help it cut. nothing worked! On the third attempt, the cutter gave up altogether before finishing the cut. Cutter scratch the paint severely as well. Please Amazon remove this product.

The media could not be loaded. I really thought this works on thinner steel sheets. In the video, I have a 28 G one. The rough side was cut with a circular saw and I had to pause my project, which was planned a long time ago, coz I wasn't happy with the cut. I also just don't like the idea of grinding it. Then I found this cutting tool. The video in the listing made it look easy. Well, I am super happy that it can cut this sheet and oh boy clean cut! It was also easy to put the parts together. I am quite impressed and I really recommend!
