Very effective pain relief. Stays warm and sticks well. Does not feel bulky.

Arrived yesterday and, whilst the patches are somewhat pungent, they do appear to work! I have very arthritic knees which in turn means limited movement but these are pretty good.

I bought this product due to a sudden , unexpected resurgence of an old, hamstring injury suffered 5 years ago .I was surprised how quickly and effectively this patch worked - within an hour I could walk/work quite normally, and the pain disappeared for the rest of the day (with perhaps a “top- up” patch in the early evening ) .I now put a patch on in the morning everyday , as this is what works for me . I should mention ( as another reviewer has mentioned ) that the patch can feel quite “ warm” soon after application , and that it is a bit tricky removing the covering strip from the patch upon use . But all in all - to me, an absolute ace pain - relieving patch , at a very economical price.

For myself they don’t stick very well and are very difficult to peel off the back paper I found them very thin and awkward to use.

I have knee problems so hoped this product might help. Two hours after applying one of these patches I was in agony. My knee was bright red, hot and itchy and I couldn’t wait to remove it. I had to immediately wash the area and apply Arnica. This product does not come with a warning. Buyers beware. This product is not fit for purpose. The product does not list ingredients and is a health hazard. I spoke to a lovely lady called Claire on Amazon and she was totally shocked when I explained that this product burned my knee. She said that she would try and remove it from the site. Although it says that this product is not available to return she arranged for me to get refund. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

These really work well. Second time purchased and ready to place another order. I have also used on family and friends for aches and pains in various parts of the body. I suffer with chronic and acute pain and find they work great for back, shoulder and neck pain. Also tried on abdomen, arms and knees with good outcomes. I wasn't sure which parts of the body they could be used so just experimented and thankfully they work. Family and friends also agree and many are now purchasing them. The only down side which I didn't mind is they can feel rather hot for the first hour until you get used to them and local skin can become red. Both subside so if tolerated it becomes less of an issue. The benefits outweigh the initial side effects.

These are fantastic. They work so well at easing muscle pain and was the only thing that had any affect on the pain in my lower limbs when i had covid.My daughter uses them for period pain relief and i even cut them up small and use them to help relieve migraines. I have bought this to gift to others when they are strggling with back pain, even affective for the pain caused by sciatica.
