I like the size of these wedges. Very easy to carry and use. I like the 20-degree slant for squats the best.

I like the grip that I get from the cork material while doing squats. No slipping on top and the blocks stay in play. The cork material is also very firm. I would recommend this product to others!

These are a thin layer of rubber on bottom away from being perfect. I find they slide around a lot between sets and I even worry a little whether they'll ever slip on me during an exercise (eg, one-leg calf raises I feel like they do). I've been using these on a firm/smooth but nonetheless rubberized gym floor and it's still an issue. I tried the ATG buddies but ditched those for these because these are lighter. have multiple angles, and are a more eco-friendly material, but I kinda regret it now because of the bottom surface issue.

These have been an excellent addition to my workout routine in my home gym. I only have a small squat rack and a few dumbbells and these wedges have helped broaden my options for hitting legs in a variety of ways with this limited equipment.
