Bad product bad service bad at refunds
Update still waiting in refund contact customer service said that I’d have it in a day or two still nothing First left had no volume button second pair left didn’t work and to take up to thirty days for refund is just ridiculous company took less than a minute to charge and thirty due to refund for worthless products 🤬

I got the hearing aids and they are a pain in a neck to make them work right

Cheap Garbage
What ever you do, please don't waste your money as I have. I recently purchased what is the 5th pair for my mom. Yes, they're inexpensive and do work, but only for a short time. Eventually they either just stop woorking or fall apart.

Didn't last
I use these off and on for two or three days leaving the battery compartment open when not in use. Then I didn't use them for about 6 weeks and the next time I tried to use them again they did not work.

the rite side died after 2 weeks the left side died in just under a month would not suggest these hearing aids

CRAP....DON'T WORK.....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! WAS RIPPED OFF!!!
BLUE ONE DIDN'T WORK AT ALL...RED ONE SCREECHED!!! WAS TOLD I HAD A YEAR WARRANTY AND WOULD RECEIVE AN E MAIL TO CONTACT....NEVER ARRIVED!!!
