This stuff took the grass stains right out of my son’s white baseball pants with no scrubbing! I did not mix this product with anything else I did a soak and then put the pants in the washer with more powder they came out white! It does have a smell that’s the only down fall!

I have a large, heavy floor mat at my backdoor to catch dog dirt and dust. Because of the mat's size, weight, and material, it is very difficult to clean. What works best for me is to wrap the mat in 2 white bath sheets and 1 bath towel. Once the towels are dirty, all I have to do is wash the towels, not the mat. To disinfect and clean the towels, I wash them in detergent and bleach. (BTW, I use white towels because I cannot bear to use bleach on dyed towels.)I have found bleach tends to leave the towels somewhat yellowed or discolored. White Brite Laundry Brightener solves the problem. I now wash the towels in detergent and bleach water first; then I wash them again in White Brite. Thus, I do end up washing the towels twice, but they are so dirty from English Mastiff and Labrador Retriever shenanigans, the extra wash seems inevitable to me anyway.

Imagine you have white linens, like perhaps white sheets that you innocently put on YOUR OWN bed because you’re an adult, but your five year old sneaks in your room almost nightly. And if that’s not rude enough he has nose bleeds and ruins said white sheets with terrible blood stains... yeah those kind of sheets.I thought these white sheets were ruined. They had been washed and dried at least twice and honestly I kept using them and hoped my cleaning lady wouldn’t call the police to report that a cold case crime must’ve been committed on these stained sheets.Enter white brite. First off, if you don’t love a rhyming name, something is off with you regardless of the state of your sheets. Second, this stuff works! My sheets - they’re white again with one pre soak and regular cycle in the wash. I’m shocked and awed!Moral of this whole story is get your 6 month old to sleep in his own bed before he’s 5 and ruining your sheets, but if you can’t, get white brite instead.

This works great for washing whites but even though the label says it can be used on colors, don't do it. It not only took most of the color out of a set of sheets, but it left them streaky, almost looking like I tie dyed them. I learned a lesson and am using it on whites only.

Purchased this to clean white baseball pants. After spot cleaning dirty knees and legs from sliding I soak the pants in about 1/3 cup of this per gallon warm water for 20 min to overnight. Added another 1/3 cup to the washer directly with my regular soap and pants generally came out bright white. Noticeably whiter when compared to teammates standing next to him. It has a smell that is hard to describe but it is not exactly pleasant. Also be careful. It did change the color of some emblems on socks I washed with it and on some light gray colored towels. I am careful to only wash it with white only towels and undershirts. And bottle warns not to wash it with stitched jerseys so be careful not to throw in your jersey with it. Overall I do get good results and it’s the easiest way I’ve found to brighten white baseball pants.

Best laundry additive EVER. I live in "hard water" country, so even with Clorox and hot water my white towels and sheets start to look dingy and gray with repeated washings. This revives them to a degree that is astonishing ! I use a normal amount of detergent with an amount of the White Brite that is 1 & 1/2 times the recommended, let it agitate for a few minutes, then let it soak overnight - the results are amazing ! Yes, the smell is a little jarring, but as soon as you close the lid and walk away it won't bother you anymore. Just please remember to NOT add any bleach to this product ! It will create some kind of toxic fumes that will eat your face off like the melting Nazi in Raiders of the Lost Ark, so read the directions !!! It has a safety cap for those who have kids, but keep it out of reach just in case.

I love this product. I have given to so many of my friends because if I just told them about it, I knew they would not try it, thinking it was just another bleach). They have all loved it. My son has a bed and breakfast and I gave him his first bottle and his guest constantly comment on how white his sheets are. I could not find it at my Kroger Store or Walmart this last time I needed it and I had to go on line and purchase it.
