Costa Del MarMen's Saltbreak Rectangular Sunglasses

Bottom line: The optics are incredible, and they were so comfortable I usually forgot I was wearing them. If you can afford these, they are worth it- especially if you are going to be on the water where there is inescapable glare for long periods of time.I would normally never spend $200+ on a pair of sunglasses, but I was going to spend a week on a chartered sailboat and I knew I'd be on the water from sunup to sundown, so I went ahead and splurged.The first thing I noticed when I put them on at home was the amazing optics- they really are simply incredible. This was only re-enforced once I was on the water. One nice feature- the glasses have rubber on the tips of the side pieces (so- behind the ears) and on the bridge of the nose, so even when I was covered with sunscreen, these glasses never slipped.Negatives- Price. Second- these are just slightly tight just behind the ear. I tend to get headaches when I wear glasses that are snug or tight, so at first I hated this "snug fit" and thought I'd send them back, but I put them on to mow the lawn and in 30 seconds I forgot I was even wearing them. They were NOT tight on the temples, and I think that's why I had no problems with these.UPDATE- 1 year later- I still absolutely love these glasses, wear them all the time- definitely worth the $.

Sits around ears comfortably and snug. Covers mid eyebrow to bottom curve under eye.Eyelashes don't hit lens when blinking...had that annoying problem with most others.Perfect glasses for me with great presentation in harder shelled box.Look exceptional!Great brand and high quality!

LOVE MY COSTAS! The company is amazing! I received my sixth pair and they were too big for my face the company had no problem to returning them immediately. Just what I expected

I've owned several pair of Costa glasses and this was the first pair that feels fragile. Every pair I've had before feels strong and well put together but theseseem to be barely hiding the lenses in. They're great other than that. May be why they were alot cheaper than most. Idk**UPDATE**Less than a month and I lost them.. These are very lightweight glasses and if you're going to be out in a boat please do yourself a favor and BUY THE LANYARD!

Great fit. Bought them for use on the water. Sometime we have to take Fireboat out for a rescue or as support for land bases equipment. Work perfectly no glare or shadow.
