Hands down the best back roller
I have used many rollers over my time and always wanted one that was ridged.... Well, my dreams came true and I eventually cam across this beauty. I would highly recommend this roller and would buy again in a heart beat. Well worth the money.

good quality
The manta ripple foam roller is good quality.A good design for the back. I'm on my feet all day at work so when I relax that's when the back pain kicks in. The roller is good quality and nice and sturdy, it is easy to use. I have used the roller a few times to relieve the pain in my back and I have to say it has worked well, but I also must say this isn't a miracle cure and doesn't get rid of the back pain completely it does take away alot and leaves me in less more manageable pain.It is quite pricey for what it is but is good quality and as I mentioned it does relieve a lot of the pain.

It hurts.. A lot. But so so worth it on your lower back!
I work with computers and generally have very bad posture, a very stiff back, and very painful shoulders and neck. I feel like I'm always fighting a losing battle, so I'm always willing to give anything a try. This surprised me, too.Pros:- Spinal groove so you can use it on all areas of your back- Hollow, so not too much pressure- Different pressures across the roller- Accompanying helper videosCons:- Couldn't scan the QR code inside the rollerThe person behind this definitely seems to know their stuff. I've watched enough of their videos to feel convinced that this is an innovative design. The design of the roller is obviously the selling point. The fact that you can use it on your lower back is amazing, and all up your spine without risking injury. The moulded shape too and the softer material are much nicer than traditional rollers.I found that the QR code on my roller wouldn't scan for some reason, but I found some videos online and followed them for back, neck, and leg instructions. They're very thorough and worth a watch to make sure you're doing it right. And does it work? Well, yes. But expect pain! If you are like me and have bad back pain, this might surprise you. I was in absolute agony using this on my lower back. To the point I couldn't lift the top of my body as it would be too much pressure. But after use, my back honestly feels so much better. It feels like it has released, like the pain was totally worth it. It advises staying on painful points for a little while, so I do that or gently roll back and forth to help ease the tension. It really goes to prove how much my muscles needed this, especially either side of my spine. It's not hard to use, and I find it a lot nicer than traditional foam rollers as it's far less hard on the skin in general. It feels much nicer, and there seems to be more technique in using it, although that may be from following a professional. My opinion? Definitely worth it. Having used it on my neck too, it has all the right ridges in all the right places. It's helped me a lot so far, and I hope using it regularly will help sort out some of my long-term issues. Really happy with it.

Great foam roller
This is a very good foam roller that works very well. The level of firmness (medium) is just right for the majority of uses and the ripples give me a different option over my standard flat roller.I like the good-size loop to hang it on a hook etc.The top layer isn't finished as neatly as it could be - see my 2nd photo - and I do worry that this may mean it's prone to peeling away over time. Therefore I've taken a star off my rating for this.

Works to a certain extent
This does work to a certain extent. It is a simple concept and the roller is of quite a good quality. This isn't miraculous but it does seem to make a difference.

Amazing soreness relief for my legs
I always get soreness in my calves and quads after every leg day and this has been a great step at reducing prolonged soreness. The ribbed design is great as it really gets into the muscle and speeds up the healing process by getting rid of the knots. The size is large enough to cover both my legs. The quality of the foam is great and it’s performing very well for my entire leg.

Looks a bit like a chess piece.
I got this roller for my Husband. He has many back issues and has been struggling lately. He found foam rollers beneficial for his upper back mobility in the past so I thought I would try this one.He said that the profile is very good and it feels good to have the spinal channel so that it doesn't press on his Mr Burns spine. The firmness is just right and the fact that it is a shorter length makes it so much easier to store and carry. It comes in a good cardboard box too.
