Easy to set up. Nice starter set for young children

This has been a huge hit and pretty much turned an indoor kid into an outside-every-day kid. I just wish it had come with four tree protectors instead of two, because the unprotected line damaged the trunks. We took down the cargo net because it seemed to only want to sit right if the lines were hung much farther apart, like maybe for adults, and watching kids try to climb it while it was hanging all loose, it looked like it might strangle someone. The only other "meh" is that the swing doesn't work if there's a line down below. It was obvious that that would be the case, but we tried it anyway just to make sure. In the end, we ordered another line so we can hang the swing. The lines and ratchets work great, the neutral color is wonderful and doesn't make our yard look junky, and the brackets and accessories are well made and fun to use. We spaced the brackets out evenly so the course can be redesigned and refreshed easily. The hope is that this will get more and longer use than a rigid play structure. Highly recommend.

The straps and ropes with this set are good, thick material will hold up to wear over time. Our kids really enjoyed playing on it. We had the set assembled from Christmas to the middle of March then had to take it down because we were moving. In that amount of time the metal on the ratchet straps that attach the set to the trees had rusted, and after working with it for a while trying to loosen it up, we ended up having to cut the straps to remove it. That was disappointing. Other than that, it’s a great set.

My kids LOVE this! They are outside playing for hours. Play dates with up to 5 kids happily fit. Super durable.

Amazing customer service (a an American company) went above and beyond sending us a replacement very fast for a line that I bent. They responded by email and shipped it very quick. The product we received was great quality easy to set up and the kids love it. I have a six year-old and eight-year-old boy. They play on this line more than a playset. I would highly recommend it.

It was hard to set up

I got this for my eight year old and two five year old grandchildren. It was a very sturdy, well built product. Written instructions were brief, but there was also the link to watch a video about how to assemble, which was very helpful. I don't think I would have been able to put it up alone, but the kids' grandpa did the main assembly and hanging. The kids were excited and eager to play on it. My eight year old granddaughter was pleased that she could swing from one object to another after a few tries. She is an enthusiastic gymnastics student and loves physical activity. The five year old boy and girl twins liked swinging, and the girl liked the climbing features. One problem we had was being able to ratchet it tight enough to take the slack out of the line. Also, the monkey net drags the ground, so we may have to work on making the line more taut to raise it up higher. Overall, I am pleased with the product, though.

The attachment system is very convenient for placing the attachments without having to slide them along the slack line. This makes the initial setup much faster than others I have installed. The only pitfall of this system is that when you release the tension on the line it will usually result in the clips falling off in multplie locations. So be sure you have the positions you want before tightening it up! It isn't a huge deal, but something of note. The other thing to keep in mind is that the 2nd slack line is half width. This line is used to help stabilize kids as they go across the course. It works just fine for the intended purpose. Lastly, the support from HYPONIX is excellent. I had an issue with our order and they took care of it within a couple days. The customer service exceeded my expectations. Overall I would highly recommend this system. It is well built and easy to assemble.
