The media could not be loaded. It is an excellent mixer, i used oat milk, caramel creamer by Planet Oat. A hint of cinnamon and nutmeg powders and blended them, it works great for coffee.

This is probably more cheap than any other product that does the same thing. Are you kidding it won't let me turn it off it just stays on I have to put the battery on only when I am going to use it, and to turn it of I have to remove the battery. Such low quality for so the price!

Seller did reach out and offered to make it right by offering refund. Customer service is good, but we will be trying another frothed next time around.Disappointed that this didn’t last longer than 4 weeks. Don’t waste your money, get something without the stamp.

I have had a milk frother before and it lasted about a year from a different brand. I bought chamberlain coffee thinking it would be good quality and it broke within only 10 uses. I used it very lightly and only a couple short times. I now will try and hold the button down to make it work and it does nothing. I changed the batteries, still nothing. Terrible quality.
