Review: Quality - Good quality product Review: Rubbish customer service - My review keeps getting deleted for some reason. I ordered this for my daughter’s birthday at the start of September. Upon opening I discovered that the travel cot was broken. I have tried numerous different ways to get in touch to rectify this and yet I am being ignored from every angle. The product in itself is good and my daughter loves it, but I am unhappy that I spent so much money on something that arrived broken and no one is helping me resolve that. So for that I can only give 2 stars unfortunately.
