Great value for money
I have a bigger pair of ice grips for flat shoes but these come in a great small box that can go in your handbag if your on a night out with high heels!

Waiting for snow and ice!
Like that these come in a little carry case so that they can be slipped into a handbag or a pocket. Haven't tried them yet but I'm sure I won't have long to wait! They are neat as some reviewers said and you have to put a bit of effort in to get them over your footwear and sitting in the correct place and because of that they might squish looser boots or shoes but better that than them falling off.

SiZING was misleading
Far too small despite the shoe size given on the website, so gave them away to a friend with smaller feet!

grippy but nippy
Yes, this Grip Mini is a good solution to getting around in light snow, but I would recommend something more serious (such as Yaktrax) for anything deeper than an inch or so. The Grip Mini has advantages: they come in a neat little case that's easy to carry around; they fit snuggly over normal shoes; and they do help you not to slip in light snowfall. They wouldn't fit easily over wellies or snow boots and when you use them with normal shoes they hurt a bit as you can feel the studs through the soles of your shoes. If, like me, you're a wuss in the snow, you'll appreciate having them to hand for those days when you're not sure if it's going to snow or not. Otherwise, I'd go for something more heavy duty for really bad conditions.

A bad buy - avoid
Against my better and usually reasonable judgement I ordered this product on the basis of two reviews from customers who hadn't even used them - tut! However, the usual British panic re pending snow set in so I ordered these shoe grips in anticipation of the weather. I've worn them this weekend during heavy snowfall and therefore am in a better position to offer a useful review. Basically they are rubbish. The grips fell off within minutes of wear, and yes I did order the right size. So they have to be worn quite high up the front of your shoe or boot to stay on. That then means it's difficult to walk because the studs shift your balance and normal walking pattern, so you're already struggling to walk sensibly in slippery conditions. You get some grip at the front but they don't stop your heels from sliding about. You can't wear the grips on normal flooring; they will damage floor surfaces so you need to take your footwear to the door to put them on. You need to be sat down to put them on properly because they don't stretch well and that's not easy when you're getting on and off public transport, in and out of stations or buildings, etc. When you are walking along the road they make a terrible racket; it's less embarrassing slipping and sliding then it is to wear these grips and head off down the road. I'd rather confine my favourite boots to the wardrobe until the weather subsides and wear better footwear than struggle with these grips again.

Adds a little confidence in ice
Good grips that I bought as I had to use my husband's pair to go over winter boots, my small pair are only really suitable for a normal day shoe size, so I bought the large for boots/trainers. Adds a bit of confidence when there's ice (but not enough around on the ground to need a full shoe pull on) or if you're only walking front door to car, then car park to work door in icy weather. And then I thought why not add a pop of colour too?! I'm a size 6. They come in a neat little clip box, which is shallower than our old ones so at first I struggled to get it to close, I thought it was broken, but managed it in the end, they need to lie flat in each side.

Grippers
Even though they were up to a shoe size 7 they came out abit small for a shoe size 6 anyway thought they were good value for money.

Can't wait to try.
I chose the Mini Ice Grips because they are more discrete than some of the other styles. Of course it remains to be seen if they actually work but I am looking forward to seeing some of that inevitable white stuff so I can try them out. The grips arrived in my post box within 24 hours of placing the order so I was impressed. I ordered the small size for shoes size 1-7. They seemed a bit on the tight side for my size 5 shoe but suppose that at least they won't fall off. They came with a plastic container to keep them in which went nicely into my handbag to wait for their debut moment.
