When customizing anything, the buyer is usually taking a chance because sometimes the picture does not turn out clear or an abbreviation is added to a word. Both have happened to me with a few customized orders. Not this time! I was excited to see what the watch turned out to look like with the smiling picture of my favorite person. Excellent! Probably one of the better customized items that I have ordered! Thank you!

Bigger than expected nicely made good price

The battery is defective the watch loses 2 hours of time (runs slow) every day so I have to reset the time. It is useless withn a broken battery!!

The wrong color band was placed on the watch or than that it’s was a good buy

Personalizing the watch was easy. The watch came in & looked cute. But, the battery in the watch is dead. I can tap it on my hand & get it to run for a second or two then it stops again. Now, I have to take it somewhere to change the battery in it which will cost as much as the watch!! ☹️
