Well, it does indeed look like the photos for the most part, except for the one I received the seagrass covering, which is an "add on" pulled over the ottoman base, doesn't quite fit the ottoman and the black fabric still shows at the bottom. This is a very small ottoman, also. In all fairness, the seller accurately states the size, but it is difficult to visualize it until you actually see it in your own room. I'd probably like it better if it were simply closer to the size of a regular ottoman. Really nothing to put together here. The legs are hidden inside a zipper compartment in the ottoman. Simply screw them on, and that's it. I put mine in my sunroom to go with the outdoor furniture there.

This piece is perfect if you are looking for a small footstool that can be easily tucked away. It is not the most comfortable place to prop up your feet after a long day, but it works well for a place for my son to sit when putting on his boots or if he needs a step up to reach something. The assembly was easy and it is sturdy and quality materials. The natural braided material and faded colors make it a great choice for an ocean, outdoorsy feel but could really work in a lot of different places.
