Came with ALL the hardware, good quality, great value as I researched all the ones in my price range. Easy install. Great fix. I DO recommend this double wheel trailer stand.

Pleasantly Surprised, worth the money
Build quality is very good definitely seems build to last. It's also has a grease nipple for the gears which I thought was a nice feature, welds are good quality and the pivot it's held together with bolts instead of the snap rings that always shear off.
