Good product - Installation tips
I bought the 22ft roll for my 20 ft garage door. Many reviews say it's short by a few inches so I wanted to be sure I had enough. As it turned out the product measured almost 22ft +1 inch on an 85 degree day in Houston. The product was soft and pliable and well packaged in a roll.. Installation tips/requirements which helped me, your results may vary. It does take two people to install this seal in the track, one to pull and the other to bend the seal into the U shape and carefully guide the T-edge into the track. If not properly held and guided into the channels the T edge will come out. BOTH sides of each T must be in the channel to secure it properly in place. If one edge pops out you need to back up the seal until it is seated in the track before continuing with the installation. Failure to do this will cause the seal to fall out of the track later on. Be fore you start, make sure the track guide channels are clean of all sand and dirt as well as the rubber edges on the door seal. I had mud in mine which needed to be brushed out and wiped clean with a wet rag. Also make sure all screws that attach the track to the door are tight and fully seated to prevent the seal from catching them during the installation. I found dish soap/water did help in the beginning but dried quickly and stopped the seal from sliding in the tracks unless I kept the entire length wet. This goes for both the channels and rubber seal. I switched to a Klein Tools Clear Wire Lubricant used to help pull wires through conduit. This is a safe clear lubricating jelly and I found the rubber seal to slide much easier along all 20 feet. Also to assist with pulling the seal, I used vice grips to grab the seal and give something better to hold on to. I didn't see any ripping or tearing while using the pliers. In my case I had an extra two feet of seal if there was any damage. After the seal was installed I grabbed and slid the seal very slightly back and forth in the track to be sure there was no tight tension in one spot or looseness in others and did this along the length of the seal. The new seal is good and tight, no light showing through under the door. Pictures included.

Company provides exactly as advertised
I purchased this for an 18' garage door so I bought the 22' package. I first went to my local garage door people here in town, they wanted 58 dollars for exactly 18' of material. Not only was their price exorbitant, but the rubber was very thin & felt like it would last a year if I was lucky. So I went on Amazon and found this product. As soon as I opened the package I could immediately see & feel this was a MUCH better product. The quality of this rubber is thick, but yet soft and adaptive to imperfections of your garage floor. My wife and I installed it in about 45 minutes with no surprises throughout the install. The "T" part of the rubber fit perfectly into our rail on the bottom of our door. The only thing we did was after removing the old piece of rubber from our rail was take a brush from my dustpan and brush off the rail on the bottom of our door of dirt and debris. The measurements listed on their picture are very accurate as well. I am VERY happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this product for any homeowner that doesn't want to keep replacing it every 3 years or so. It is a quality product & delivers exactly as advertised.

Easy Fix for Drafty Garage Doors
I installed the Holikme Garage Door Bottom Seal on my garage, and it made an immediate difference. It sealed the gap perfectly, blocking out cold air, leaves, and even a few bugs that used to sneak in. The material is thick and flexible, and it conforms well to the floor — even with some uneven spots. Installation was straightforward with the included adhesive and screws. I cut it to size with a utility knife and had it up in under 30 minutes. It’s held up well through rain and temperature changes, and the garage feels noticeably more insulated. If you’re dealing with drafts, water seepage, or just want to keep your garage cleaner, this is a simple, affordable solution that works.

Garage Door Seal and Install Tip
Very satisfied with the product. Good quality rubber and works better than I thought. I used Fluid Film to lubricate the garage door T tracks (no solvents or other harmful chemicals that would affect the rubber) and it went in smoothly. I would have like to have had four plugs vs two as I bought a long strip and cut to fit two garage doors. I used some of the excess trimmed seal to plug the ends of the 2nd garage door seal and it worked just fine. Happy with the results!

Nice upgrade to factory seal
A really nice quality replacement seal for the factory seal. I read beforehand and was aware that installing these can be a bit difficult, which was accurate. Follow the directions carefully for an easier experience! After removing the old one, be sure to brush out the rails extremely well to remove debris. Then clean well with alcohol solution to remove extra dirt and grime. If there is any obvious lubricant in the tracts from the old one, may also try dawn soap solution to degrease it. Getting the tracks as clean as possible will greatly ease the install. Next, I used a WD40 silicone lubricant sprayed into the tracts. If you have some extra material, you can cut off a few inches and more easily slide into the track to better spread the lubricant by running it back and forth. Next, take your time installing into the track and suggest two people—one to pull and one to keep it feeding correctly into the track. Take your time and if it it pops out, you can pull it backwards slightly until it re-engages the track. I read that others tried to stuff it in the track with a thin tool, but be careful to not bend the track! This was much thicker than my old one, which wouldn’t allow my garage door to close. You may have to adjust your garage door opener by either changing the stop position to be slightly higher and/or increasing the force tolerance. This is usually pretty easy to do with controls on your garage door opener unit.

Great fit, looks great, easy to install
Very flexible, easy to install, has a firm seal on the ground, fit perfectly. Took the old one out, cleaned the tracks a little and sprayed in a little lubricant and the wife and I installed this in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Sealed my garage door and was offered in longer sections, so I didn't have to use two pieces.
Great product to seal the bottom of your garage doors. A bit of a pain in the rear to install (make sure you pre-grease the track) but works great and seems to be good quality.

There are better ones on the market
The rubber guides are ever so slightly too small and will pop out 100 times in the hour it takes two of you to install it. Yes, an hour. For two people. That was with a good rail cleaning and soaping things up. On top of everything, I had to trim back some of the edges because these hang so low and catch on the gust protection of my door openings. That means it is not fully sealed. 3 stars because I was able to get it installed, but wish I gone with a different one, possibly made in the USA with actual standards.
