This seasoning is wonderful; I'm quite fond of it. I use it on my cucumbers and meats. It's not overly spicy, but it's full of delicious flavor and aroma.The bottle wasn't completely full when it arrived, but I believe that's just due to the bottle's size. I assume the weight is accurate.

A Little Adventure
Needed this for a Korean recipe I was trying and learned something about this pepper.It is mild enough for table use and has a unique flavor that we are enjoying with a variety of foods. Wherever you sprinkle black pepper, try this instead.I know it works in Asian cooking, but haven't tried it with many American dishes. It does taste very good mixed with butter and used as a steak seasoning.The jar should last a while. The cap has a pour side and a sprinkle side. It arrived properly sealed and good shelf life.

Why is this so addicting?
Ran out of my standard red pepper flakes, saw this and decided to give it a try. It's amazing and I don't even understand why. I mean it is just red chili flakes, but there is something different about the taste (in a good way). Not as much heat as the regular crushed red pepper flakes you can get at the local grocery, but there is a nice warmth to it. I have been putting this on everything and I really have been enjoying the flavor. Would definitely reorder this (and will need to soon at this rate)
