Toilet Seat Placement
Update:Turns out my contractor had installed the toilet seat incorrectly. I contacted the seller which sent me a youtube video on how to install the seat, very easy. There are 2 silver buttons on the hinges, press that, remove seat and the two silver cover plates, adjust the screws so the seat is right at 4-1/8" (can be more for yours, but i wanted to match exactly with center of seat cover), i used a power drill. Seat looks great now. See the difference in the last picture how seat sits down flush with the bowl, compared to before where it was too much or too short.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW:Great small toilet for our newly renovated bathroom, flushes great, and bowl stays clean. My only issue is that i cannot seem to get this toilet seat to close where it sits flush with the bowl, it is either almost an inch over or under. I had to settle for an inch over because when seat adjusted back it will not stay up for the guys. Little upsetting because I am adding an inch to the overall length and the whole purpose of buying the toilet was to save 3-4" over a traditional toilet. Also when i adjust to an inch over you can see the metal seat cover attachments from above (see attached picture). I have reached out to the seller and will update my review from 3 to 5 stars if we can get this seat issue resolved.

Amazing engineering! No wasted space for a full sized toilet.
My master bath measures about 5x7ft. I designed a glass shower that angles to incorporate tons of storage, and we installed an IKEA 24" wall mounted gloss white sink. Being able to see the floor under the sink and in the angle'd out section of the shower gives the illusion that the bathroom is bigger than it really is. Finally, I needed a tiny, but full sized toilet. This is the best deal out there. It saves space where it counts, but is full sized in the seat and overall height. Granted, it's not something you want to sit on for hours, but it's perfect for when you want to maximize space in your bathroom. It installs just like any other toilet and conceals all the screws nicely. It took me a bit to figure out how to install the toilet seat, but once it's in (OH YEAH, IT'S A SOFT CLOSE TOILET SEAT AND LID) it is solid. It's made of very heavy duty plastic that feels like metal. Anyway, with a tiny bit of water, this think flushes hard! I'm going to order replacement insides just to store them until they are needed some day. If you have a tiny bath and you are claustrophobic, buy this!

Poor quality & finish - stationary plastic parts broke after 6 months of light use!
Update 2020 06/28 - Leak from inside the tank has been fixed!Seller took sometimes to understand the problem, but finally decided to send a complete flush valve & refill assembly free of charge. In the mean time, I already gave up and bought a new complete replacement assembly as well. Return was easy - an amazon.com advantage!Just replaced the bottom flush valve, and the leak appears to be fixed - for now...Still not impressed with the plating quality of the top-mounted 2-stage flush button assembly. As the other 1-star review pointed out, the whole thing turns green due to oxidation and looks really nasty. Replacing it is not hard and/or expensive, but hardware like this should not be in such poor quality (for something that is $500+)!Out of 3 brand-new toilets we installed in the house during the complete remodeling - this unit is the smallest, most expansive, and has the most problems. The other two are 35% cheaper, bigger & more comfortable, flush better, take less water, and hold up far better so far...With that being said, given the size/position of the bathroom where this unit went in - it is the most suitable unit that was available at the time we bought it. And thus, it will stay and we hope that all the problems have been sorted out for now. Eventually, I'll get around to changing out that nasty oxidized top flush button assembly...There appears to be similar small toilets to give this one some competitions! YMMV...=====================Original reviewGood concept. Functional for small bathroom.Very poor quality and finish! These bathroom fixtures should have last a lifetime, or easily 10 years before any replacement would be necessary - especially for stationary parts that are sitting fixed inside the flush tank.We installed this toilet at a second home that gets only infrequent use, maybe one week out of the month.6 months into the installation, the toilet keeps leaking water from the tank into the bowl.We shut off the water and never use the toilet for a while.Recently I dug into the internals to see what was going on, and found that the flush valve bottom has cracked - resulting in a poor seals which allows water to leak out constantly. The first thing that seller responded was that they did not see any problem and still hasn't responded to my request for replacement parts. Also the metal parts appear to be oxidized very easily. Very poor plating quality. And the stainless steel screw that use the hole the bottom of the flush valve to the tank rusts heavily, explain why we keep seeing dark water in the bowl. This screws should have been in brass bolt!Stay away from this product and the seller unless you want to waste your time looking for parts after a couple of years off light use.

Spatially efficient, easy to clean, modern design, small tank, great customer service!
We've been using this for a couple of years and are really happy with the product.Pros:1) we have a very small bathroom, so this short toilet works great spatially which gives us more leg room.2) the design has very smooth and clean lines that makes it very easy to clean, and looks modern and minimalist.3) very water efficient, flushes perfectly with minimum water4) we had a minor problem with the product in the beginning and got immediately solved once we contacted the seller, wonderful costumer service!Cons:There was a little confusing for our installer because it is not using American standard flange. Our installer wasn't comfortable with it and insisted in replacing the original flange with what he's more used to, and it works great.
