It really works
I started taking these capsules in February, and the result is obviously after 3 months. My hair grows healthier, thicker, darker, and shiny. I could stop hair dye since May. I am so glad that I was freed from allergies to hair dye.

Half way through my second bottle. No sign of my hair growing back. All I can say is when I stopped talking it over the weekend (just to give me a break from it) my face complexion looked amazing. Don’t know why. Think I’ll continue like that. 5 days on 2 days off. Or should I take it each second day?

However, I recently learned that this is not good for people who have too much heat in their body (for example, those who are pitta dosha in ayurveda). Therefore, I stopped using it, because it can actually throw you off balance. Please consult a Chinese doctor before using this.
