Of course it will work! Reverse osmosis tanks have a Schrader valve to check and fill air for the pressure bladder in the tank.

Two sides. The other two have kPa.

Q: do any of the air pressure gauges have a brass center post that has the air pressure numbers on it?

The one I bought did not have a brass center post.

Q: Is this gauge resistant to rim guard beet juice in tractor tires?

Yes, that is what I use it for. It can be used with calcium chloride (salt water) but with this gauge you can insert the top in clean water, pull the stem and suck the water in to rinse it out. This helps them to last much longer as beet juice sometimes is sticky when it dries.
