Tub comes with measuring scoop (they all do but worth mentioning) French Vanilla Creme Flavour is lovely Mixes into a smooth drink I personally mix it with milk as it was too watery with the recommended water. I have used this protein for many years. It is really tasty! It is a really nice creamy consistency even when mixed with water. I regularly use in over night oats, pancakes with yoghurt and in shakes. It mixes really well in all.

Great taste and it does support my workouts, but the cost is now extortionate/prohibitive. It is now cheaper to meet my protein intake targets through eating steak...

I started to use this product cause a friend of mine recommended it to me when I started to get supplements and got it in a regular shop! I needed to put weight on me and have an extra proteins intake a day; I tried more brands and either get bloated most of the time with gas and stomach cramps or put fat on me due to the quantity of sugars in the product! In this, everything is balanced and I don't have those problems plus the price is not expensive specially if you take it for two months.
