I enjoyed the Shilajit, it came nice, thick and goopy but not rock hard which indicates a quality product. I took about the recommended amount on the included wooden serving spoon twice a day.In terms of effects, I felt overall better focus, more energy and a feeling of wholeness which is hard to put into words but you know it when you feel it.In terms of value for money, I think it is worth it as you only need to use a bit at a time as and when you want it's effects and my jar lasted over 2 months.Overall I would highly recommend this supplement

The product is very good. I have been using it for 3 months now and I have noticed improvements in my energy levels also a better sleep at night. I recommend!

When taken regularly, as a 47 year old man I noticed I slept better and had more energy during the day. Lasts a long time and doesn’t taste too bad (earthy). There isn’t much of a smell either. For how much it costs I’d say this works really well and is worth trying if in doubt. Very happy with this product and will happily be purcahsing again.

This is the second brand of shilajit I tried, definitely prefer this taste. Goes into my morning coffee after a few days definitely found my energy levels and alertness increasing would recommend, lasts a while and great value.
