I got these for my kids since it's hard to get enough sunlight to get vitamin D in the winter. The chewable tablets are convenient and easy for my children to take, and I'm told they taste good! To the point where my toddler will ask for his daily supplement, and get upset when he can't have more. I have to say I'm not happy that there's sugar in it, but at least it's a small amount. It has more than the daily value of vitamin D when you take the full dose, which is great! I've found that vitamin D seems to keep me from getting colds when they do though the house, so I'm hoping these will do the same for my little ones.

Kids approve of the taste and mouth feel. Went with gummies before, but those felt too much like candy, this is something in the middle. Tastes good. No comment on efficacy.
