Pleasantly Surprised
I was very skeptical about these things, but I figured I would try it just to see for myself. It really isn’t bad at all. I wouldn’t say that my legs felt smoother after using it than they do after I’ve shaved, but I CAN say that my leg hair isn’t growing nearly as fast as it did after I shaved. If I shave, I have maybe a day at most of smooth legs and then they get prickly and after a few days, the hair is long again. I believe it’s been about a week since I’ve used the hair eraser and the leg hair right now feels the way it does a day after shaving: just a bit prickly. After a week, the hair is usually blowing in the wind, so that’s pretty cool to me. Some reviewers have said it improved the appearance of their strawberry legs, which I suffer from as well, but I can’t speak to that since I haven’t been using it for that long. I will say that I read somewhere either on the box or on the product description that they recommend using it after you get out of the shower and dry off, but I found that when I used it that way, it was far less effective and took a lot longer because my skin even after drying off still had so much moisture. When I used it on the other leg after allowing the skin to dry a bit more, it seemed to work a lot faster and a lot better. I saw a lot of scary pictures from other reviewers of horrible burns and rashes they got from using it and that almost stopped me from getting it because my skin is super sensitive as well. I didn’t notice anything like that for me, but I was very cautious. I wouldn’t recommend using big long swipes as you rub, I would maybe try doing small circular motions. And try not to be too hard or aggressive, remember the purpose of it is literally to rub off your hair and your skin to some extent. Be gentle and DEFINITELY moisturize after. They recommend only using it once every 2-3 weeks, and I intend to adhere to that until I have more experience with it. All in all, I’m pleasantly surprised with it

Really cool and convenient!
Ok so I’ll start with the downsides first then the upsidesIf you have sensitive skin, the first few times will be a little rough so be very gentle, take your time, and don’t press down too hard. You will also get those little red dots on your skin and it will make your skin burn a little (I strongly don’t recommend using it on your under arms). I find that exfoliating before and after helps. Now for the good stuff! It’s super convenient and way smoother than shaving. It’s something you can do idly while watching tv (recommend having a small tub of water to occasionally rinse the hairs off. It doesn’t yank the hairs out, it grinds them away like sandpaper but without being rough like sandpaper. You don’t have to replace it as often as a razor, and you don’t need fine motor skills like you might for a razor so if you have a disability that involves your hands fine motor skills it might be worth a try for you. Like I said before though, works best with least amount of burning if you take your time in one spot and rub lightly in circles, don’t go in lines and don’t press down too hard.

This company gives $15 dollars for good reviews
DO NOT GET if you actually have sensitive skin!!!UPDATE: I'm hoping people will see this.So I got a letter in the mail from Amazon and it was this company saying you can get a $15 dollar Amazon gift card if you give them 5 stars. Who wouldn't do that? You're basically getting this skin burning device for free. I contacted them about my issues and got a full refund like nothing. I feel a bit sketched out not going to lie. They do contact you pretty quickly though, that was nice.Original review:I was hoping this would be an easy alternative to shaving because shaving is hard with chronic fatigue and pain. This product is causing me more pain rather than helping. After a few minutes of using this "eraser" my skin started to get very inflamed. It burns, it's like razor burn but worse. My skin is very painful and anything I put on it to try and calm it makes it burn more.I made sure to not put too much pressure on it and trying to not go back over an area I already did. It didn't even remove all my hair. The only good thing about this product is it does help calluses.

A KP lifesaver!
This has made a huge difference in my keratosis pilaris in just a couple weeks. The before and after pics are just shy of a month apart. I wasn’t just using this, but it was the new addition to my routine. I expected it to be a lot grittier — I use First Aid Beauty KP Bump Eraser scrub every other day, which is the consistency of fine sand, and this has a less pronounced texture than that, but it definitely does the job! The hair removal is just an added bonus for me (my fine and light hair came right off with just a once-over), but it also knocked the keratin plugs out of the worst of my KP spots. It would be very uncomfortable on eczema or psoriasis, but is an absolute gem for my purposes!

TIPS TO HELP THIS WORK BETTER
I just wanted to say that after using this product several times, the best way to use it is in small circular motions about the size of a quarter. That is KEY. If you do too large a sweeping motion and not in a circle, it won't be as effective and you'll have to go over the area again, sometimes 2-3 times. I also found that holding the skin taught and pulling moving skin over off the shin bone won't hurt when you want to get that area. Rubbing over the bone hurts. Good for the legs ut avoid the inner thigh and be careful around your knees and ankles. Just wish this was double-sided so you could swap between the 2 and/or change out the crystal top fora new one so you wouldn't have to throw the whole thing away after 3 months of use. Hope this helps!

It's a Sham!
Never buy this product!! It caused bumps, cuts, swelling and rashes on my skin which resulted into serious burning sensations.

Totally recommended! Go for it!
Perfect product,, works amazingly well!!! Easy to use easy to carry! Not recommended for boys as they have big long and thick hair but girls can rock with this product! Just few circular stokes and it is just amazing how it cleans your hair and dead skin. Smooth! Recommend,, have a warm water bath before doing this and it will be your perfect go to product for painless hair removal. Loved it 😍

Does the job
I was afraid when i read the reviews but still purchased it. No doubt you need to put a lot of moisturiser and use this product very gently in rotating manner. It will easily remove thin hair but for thick one you need to be lil more careful.Overall it is good product but need to be careful while using it.I will still prefer for waxing though 😃

A great companion to shaving
It's works great as an add on to a shaver (which is why I got it).If you use a razor frequently, you might have experienced regrowth within 2-3 days. The frustrating thing is it's difficult to use a shaver on this, too much skin irritation & redness, also they often don't get shaved properly. But this works perfectly and gives smooth skin.On the flip side, it did not work so well on longer growth (week long/ten days etc). So you will still need a companion method. But it's good enough if you want to reduce shaver use. I hardly need it after getting this stone.

Bought to get rid of ingrown hair
As I bought to get rid of ingrown hair and had no expectations with its hair removal mechanism (as that wasn't my requirement) , but to my surprise it really works as it claims.I got smooth skin just what we get after wax or scrub but continue reading.Just need to be extremely gentle with the sensitive skin. As it was good on legs but with the similar pressure I got rashes on hands(as it wasn't painful at all during the process, didn't get any idea of rashes)Procedure- on a Damp skin (i have Infact washed it with shower gel/soap) with a very mild pressure rotate it in circular motion. It will remove dead skin, hair and also with time will help with ingrown hair. The hair grows back faster than wax or epilator but slower than razors. And the thickness and density is also between the above mentioned methods.Once or twice in a month is sufficient as the surface is relatively hard to use on skin . (however won't feel the harshness while the skin is wet)It doesn't give a clear hair less skin, definitely smoother skin but hair are left here and there. as it's difficult to use in every area like around knees, elbows and so on.May be with great patience and skill that can be achieved as well.Overall it's not a waste, since I have been using wax, epilator, razor this has also come up a good option when I need to get rid of dead skin and gently exoliate to get rid of ingrown hair to a greater extent.
