I bought one of these pens a while back in a store and found it was my 'go to' pen whenever I wanted to write by hand. When it finally ran out of ink and I reverted my other pens (even with gel grips) they just felt awkward and inferior.So I was determined to hang onto a good thing and bought a box of 12 to keep me going for a long while. The only problem I have is making sure I get them back if I lend them to someone ;-)I've used lots of ballpoint pens over the years and this one wins hands down for the simple reason the ink is consistent, and doesn't clot like some others. Unlike some other fine ball points this one has never had the ball stick for lack of ink. The retraction mechanism is simple and works well without excessive force or loud clicking. The pocket clip is actually quite tight and this is a bonus for anyone tired of dropping pens whenever they bend over.Only one slight downside, I do survey work on building sites from time to time and it's quite easy for dust and oils to transfer from my hands to the gel grip. I just have to remember to clean my pen as well as my hands when I get back to my desk. It'd be great if they could find a way to replace or remove grip for cleaning.Simple, elegant, comfortable and clean writing.

The Bic Atlantis pen is useful for taking notes and writing inventories. It has a good supply of stored ink, is a comfortable tool, and keeps working consistently. Once in a while the cap unwinds when pocketed and then the two main parts of its casing need to be refitted. The connecting thread could possibly be too short. But this pen is good value.

Fine do what is expected

I love these pens, they are ideal if you do a lot of writing. They are not scratchy on the paper! Really good price compared with some places. Quick delivery.

This is my absolute favorite pen. It's fluid, doesn't clog and lasts forever. And for a great price! However, do NOT keep the pen in contact with laminated paper (don't know about regular) as it will stain the pages! I left it in a text book overnight and I think the plastic grip part loses something which makes the page's white become grayish and semi-transparent. And it seeps through several pages too. That's the only downside to this pen, so if you're picky about your books like I am, be careful!
