They're ninth pans, and 9 of them fit in a hotel pan, but.....
They work well but they are very lightweight and thin, I bought them to have for myself at the pub I work at that literally had zero metal ninth pans so these definitely are better than nothing. If I were to buy again I would buy heavier ones but I'm baffled at how they weigh so little. Im pretty sure I could bend them just by gripping them too tight.
