The instructions on picking the right size was shown clearly on the photo display section. By measuring the users’ sitting height and waist to compare to the size shown in the photo to pick the correct size for the user.

Q: My wife needs leg recovery training. How can this product help?

Pair this product with a ceiling hoist or mobility hoist,this sling can help support some of their weight during the walking training to prevent the user from falling.This sling helps with providing a safe environment for the user to train their legs

Q: I am a PT, what is this product useful for?

This product is suitable for patients that can stand on their own or can stand with the help of others but are unable to walk due to weak legs. P.S. this is NOT for fully paralyzed patients

Q: I bought this product but can feel it pressing against my armpit causing some slight pain, how do I solve this problem?

The main lifting area are around the armpit and thighs area,pls adjust the tightness of the leg straps to tune the pressure for the legs to balance out the pressure points between armpit and leg area.By doing this the patient can best use our sling

Q: Is my lift hoist compatible with this product?

It is suitable for 2 bars or 4 bars ceiling hoist or mobility hoist. The lowest point of the horizontal bars must be at least 2 inches above the patient
