Could be a little bit more thorough but overall it's a great book to add to the library and I'm sure I'll refer to it from time to time

The book is more than what I expected. Loved everything about it. Its really a big thick book .

Sure, some nice pictures and some nice recipes. The place is 17 minutes from my house. Many of the recipes, however, are no different from the ones you can download from the internet for free. Yeah, they held back and didn't provide their top recipes. Lots of "filler." And quite a few recipes that will shorten your life by a few months each time you eat it. But somehow food just tastes better when you pay through your teeth for it, so if that's the case for you then by all means...

I could not put this book down.... I love the description of the entire team at the farm.....the writer has given us an excellent new style of cookbook and novel. I loved it and excited to prepare some of the recipes.

The Foothills Cuisine is a treat to read and the recipes are worth trying. I doubt if I will have the opportunity to visit Blackberry Farm, but with this cookbook I can have "the look for less"

This is a sophisticated cookbook with practical tips for gathering, prepping and plating beautiful dishes. For those of you whom are familiar with Blackberry Farm in TN this is a must own and for those of you that don't, Welcome to the world of Blackberry Farm... Make this your introduction and don't forget to pick up a copy of their first book Blackberry Farm!

This is a great book for people who love to garden. The recipes are sophisticated and very detailed.
