Perfect. Here are a few comments and tips you may find helpful...
This purchase was absolutely perfect for my needs. The product was well packed, no missing pieces, easy to assemble and arrived fast with Prime. The product was able to completely dry all the clothes in the pictures to a standard kind of "tumble dryer feeling" (all the clothes literally felt hot afterwards) in 2.5 hours after a "60 ECO" wash in a samsung washing machine which has a spin drying cycle of about 20-25 mins (I think) . I will be trying a shorter drying cycle, perhaps with 2.25 hours (2:15) or 2 hours, but in general 2-3 hours for all those clothes were reasonably cost effective for me for a weekly wash/dry (I live alone). I actually tried another load which was similar and dried "pretty well" in 1:50 mins (accidentally stopped the motor 10 mins earlier), though not as dry as the one in 2.5 hours. One thing that I definitely recommend you to do is to remove (or not install in the first place) the intermediate bar that is closest to the top as seen in the pictures given I can confirm what other reviewers have said about the space between the 2nd and 3rd bar (bottom to top or viseversa) being too short for you to be able to hang adult clothes there. I realize that this may affect the structural integrity a bit but it didn't seem to have any problem with the load that I put and also, it improves the experience of hanging clothes as you normally would rather than using the little "extra" hangers that the product comes with. Moreover, I think hanging the clothes in this way, rather than using the extra hangers gives you much more space in general, and I assume this also improves the flow of air. Indeed, the other dry I talked about (1:50) didn't have this modification which makes me think the clothes would normally be dry on 2 hours or less. If the system was somehow unable to hang the clothes normally like this, I would not recommend it, as the process with the extra hangers is a bit annoying. I think the manufacturer should realise that more space is needed in that middle area to hang normal adult clothes, and that it should provide us with a system that has appropriate structural integrity such that I wouldn't need to "test" whether it supports the load on that upper bar without the middle one or not.Another thing that I also recommend if you want to make the most out of it is to avoid constantly checking whether the clothes are ready as you would with normal drying rack. This is not helpful because when you open the rack a lot of heated air escapes which affects the overall process. I would say the best way to operate is simply by time and based on usage/experience with it. For example, start by putting 2 hours, let it run and check the state when it finishes (not before). If for that particular type of load you think it was too much or it needed a bit more time, then adjust it the next time you use it. In general what I am saying is... DO NOT PEEK and let the machine do its job!!!Last bit. The product can fold easily, BUT I found it very likely that it will fall off with any small disturbance to it (when vertical), not to mention that it can also "unfold" quite easily meaning any small disturbance can unfold it which will most likely cause it to also fall in the process because of the overall dynamics that would emerge, so unless you have it against something, I wouldn't say is the most stable. However, for me this wasn't a problem given I found I nice place where to keep it unfolded. Now, I do have to say that even open, the product can lean backwards and forwards quite easily because of the folding mechanism, meaning the product has the freedom to reach +/- 30 degrees from the vertical axis with that mechanism which can also be annoying as it just feels more unstable like that, in particular, when it is not loaded. Nonetheless, the product comes with a couple of "fixers" that you can use to add stability in case you want to keep it unfolded like me, and they definitely improved the overall stability feel to it. Maybe if there was a way to also "fix" it when folded it would also be nice.So that's it. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I am certainly looking to use my product a lot!Good luck with your decision...

Heated airer
Amazing. Leaves my clothes feeling and smelling so clean and fresh once dried. Dries them quickly and efficiently. Only reason it’s not got 5 stars is because it does fall over from time to time without even touching it

Saved A Fortune
Bought this to help reduce the cost of drying from my tumble dryer and it’s definitely done that. (My smart meter goes straight into the red when I use the tumble dryer but stays in the green when I use this).Yes I admit that it’s a bit of a faff to get the clothes in there (its def quicker and easier with a tumble dryer) but the results are so worth it.I invested in two sets of hangers, one normal and one with clips to hold trousers and I’m delighted that a) it uses far less electricity and b) it reduces the amount of ironing!I can fit an entire 12k wash into the airer and it takes around 2 1/2 to 3 hours to dry a full load (that’s been spun on 1200 spin) but you do have to ensure that you leave adequate room between the clothes to get them fully dry.I use the hangers provided with the airer on the top row for pants and socks, then the middle row for tee shirts/shirts/jumpers and the bottom for trousers/leggings which I fold in half at the legs and use the clip hangers to secure, just make sure the bottom row clothes don’t cover the fan!The bottom bar does stop most tee shirts from draping freely but I alternate them with one draped over the back of the bar and one draped over the front. For dresses I use hangers and then just use the bar at the top at the back (flat against the wall of the airer) and it dries them beautifully and not creased.I have has this for a few weeks now and can get it fully loaded in around 5 minutes.I do think it’s trial and error though but perseverance pays off.One tip is to stand it on a towel as it can cause a bit of condensation but it’s manageable and not a big issue. The other tip is that if you want to check if the washing is dry don’t open the airer, just feel the outside, if it still feels tepid the washing isn’t dry but if it feels quite warm it means the moisture has all gone.It does take up a bit of room but I have a utility so it’s ok for me and I’ve not tried to fold it down like it says you can.The fan is quieter than my tumble dryer so noise isn’t an issue. For the price I think it’s an excellent buy and highly recommend!😃
