Q: Once you tear them what happens? How do you reattach them to papertowel roll?

I don’t believe these are intended to be reattached to the paper towel roll. Once they are torn off and used, the buyer can either discard or wash for reuse. I simply keep my washed ones in a drawer and/or basket. The original roll form they arrive in is more of a novelty/convenience factor. The roll itself is also longer than a standard paper towel roll, so they won’t fit into a standard under-cabinet dispenser that holds the roll at each end. I hope this helps!

No. You tear one off at a time..use them for as long as you like and then throw away.
