I imagine so. It rather depends on thickness of finger. It can be cut to size to fit and secured with tape as appropriate

Yes,it would be possible to use this dressing on a big toe. I would use at least two layers. I found these dressings easy to use without an applicator and the dressing stayed on without having to use sticky tape.

Are they small enough for man's pinky finger?

I haven’t used them yet But they fit a ladies thumb if that helps
