JM Posner - Gluten Free Waffle Mix - 1kg bag

This waffle mix is really great. My friend is gluten-free and I made these waffles for us and it really went ever so easy. You add eggs and milk (we used almond milk and it was delicious) and it came out perfectly. The waffles were beautiful to look at (I was doing them with amazon basics waffle maker!) and really good. The only issue I have is, that is a bit overpriced for just a 1k of mass. But quality wise it is really good. You read the recipe from the package and follow them and you good to go.

Easy to make and tastes great, don't notice it's Gluten Free

Best Gluten free ingredient on the market. I use it in place of gluten free flour in all my baking. It gives a lovely texture and and crumb to cakes and scones. Waffles made with it are light and airy. Just wish it wasn’t quite so expensive.

We are gluten and dairy free so this was perfect mix! This is because we add out choice if milk and butter to the mix.We bought waffle maker at the same time and have been eating waffles all weekend! Yum! Easy to mix too which is very important. Makes fluffy waffles with crispy exterior.

Bought to use for my niece who is wheat intolerant , we always buy the regular one which we love

It's just do nice to be able to make something different for my husband when he has a sweet tooth. So easy to make as well.

We use this in our tea room for making tasty gluten free waffles. Just add an egg and some milk for perfect waffles every time. Don't understand why others are having problems. 10/10 from me.

These waffles tasted nice but the batter doesn’t rise at all, so you end up with flat chewy pancakes shaked like waffles! Terrible, don’t bother!
