Bite my wood cinnamon toothpicks. The picks are indeed wood. I purchased three different brands of cinnamon toothpicks. The other 2 had artificial flavors, further, didn't taste nearly as good as Bite My Wood brand. I love cinnamon. This brand has only pure cassio oil, nothing else - very hot and spicy. Perfect in my opinion. And the fact they don't rely on anything artificial is evident in the quality. I am trying to kick a sugar habit and these have really helped. They remind me of the picks we used to make when we were teenagers years ago. I went back and purchased more of these, ditched the rest. If I had to criticize anything, it's the tiny 'zip lock' like bag they are sent in. Eh. So I kept one of the other brands that came in pop tubes. Much easier to get in and out of - Just a shame it bares the name of the ones I didn't like! I will purchase these again, without hesitation. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Flavor is really good and lasts a long time but 1/4 of them are so brittle they break into 2-3 pieces within 10 minutes. Also if you leave them out they lose all flavor which wouldn't be a big deal but the glue for the zip lock always fails after a few opens so you have to put them in a new bag or keep them out of open air

These toothpicks are great! Definitely the kick I was looking for. Great flavor, toothpicks aren’t brittle like others I’ve tried. Will definitely give your lips a nice burn. Got them to get off vaping. Definitely will buy more

Terrible, caused my lips to swell up. Tried soaking them in water, didn't work, have to throw them away. “Don't buy”

I loved these until it started burning my lips. Then I took a week off to try a bunch of other kinds of flavored toothpicks…and I must say, I’ve come crawling back lol. I love the flavor and the others just don’t compare to these spicy cinnamon ones. And I’ve been smoke free for 10 days thanks to these little suckers

This product is not a silver bullet for nicotine addiction, but it sure helps! My smoking is cut in half, and I look forward to being a non-smoker in the not distant future. BiteMyWood is a rather unusual name, but it works!

Got it to help stop smoking but does not keep flavor

These are much hotels than I thought they would be. Way to much heat for me.
